About ISO 27001 Training<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n

IRCA-Accredited ISO 27001 Lead Auditor Training<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

IAS offers IRCA-Accredited Lead Auditor Training<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span> on a range of ISO standards in collaboration with our sister firm, Empowering Assurance Systems (EAS)<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

ISO 27001 Lead Auditor Training<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span> is for professionals – or those with a relevant understanding of ISO standards – who want to be recognized as a Lead Auditor. Delegates learn to conduct first-party (internal), second-party (supplier), and third-party (external) audits in compliance with ISO 27001. On completion you can become a globally recognized IRCA certified Lead Auditor for ISO 27001 information security management systems, and learn how to plan and manage audits.<\/p>\n

Course duration: <\/strong>5 days (40 hours).<\/p>\n

Examination: <\/strong>candidates take the IRCA exam on the fifth day and receive the ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certificate on successful completion.<\/p>\n

ISO 27001 Internal Auditor Training<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

IAS also offers ISO 27001 Internal Auditor Training<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/strong> for professionals who want to examine, audit, and improve their organization’s information security management system. The course teaches you how to conduct an internal audit, prepare non-conformity reports, and implement corrective action, and covers the relevant auditing methods, tactics, and approaches for ISO 27001.<\/p>\n

Course duration: <\/strong>2 days (16 hours).<\/p>\n

Examination: participants who complete the internal auditor training course<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/span> are eligible to sit the ISO 27001 internal auditor exam.<\/p>\n

ISO 27001 Awareness & Foundation Training<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Awareness training suits employees who are just beginning to apply ISO 27001 standards<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/a>, or who have recently joined an organization implementing ISO 27001. It teaches the essentials of the standard and equips staff with the information needed to begin implementing an ISO 27001 ISMS – ideal for those new to an organization, responsible for ISMS implementation, or starting an ISO 27001 project.<\/p>\n

Course duration: <\/strong>a 3-4 hour workshop. Candidates receive a participation certificate on completion.<\/p>\n
