ISO 9001 is a quality management system (QMS) standard that sets out how to establish and run a documented approach to keeping an organization’s structure, resources, and activities well-organized, so it can reliably meet its goals. Adopting ISO 9001 gives Canadian organizations a set of best practices to check whether their performance satisfies customers while meeting an internationally recognized standard.<\/p>\n
