ISO 22301 training levels
- Level 1 – Awareness: delivers an overview of the ISO 22301 standard to managers and employees so they are aware of the process.
- Level 2 – Internal Auditor: qualifies your employees to support better service and ensure the quality system is applied correctly, including assistance with corrective and preventive actions to strengthen the BCMS.
- Level 3 – Lead Auditor: the highest level of ISO 22301 training, providing the skills for third-party audits in accordance with ISO 22301.
Modes of delivery
- Classroom / In-House: students learn in a formal classroom setting led by a competent course director, with interactive sessions, hands-on activities, and real-life case studies. In-House training can be delivered at your premises. ISO 22301 lead auditor training is currently offered through this mode.
